How long does shipping take for home-care products?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

What is your return policy for skincare and laser accessories?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Are your products safe for all skin types?

Our retail products are formulated to be gentle yet effective. However, we recommend reviewing the specific ingredient list on each product page or consulting with one of our laser technicians if you have sensitive skin.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

To ensure fast delivery, we process orders quickly. You may cancel or modify your order within 1 hour of placement by contacting our customer support team.
